First of all the location was amazing considering the price. Affordable place and worth staying for a few days. The room was quite small for 3 beds but it was okay enough. Bathroom was good with everything that's needed in it. Staff at the reception on the other side didn't really understand English and was not easy to communicate with.

I visited Brussels for a work event. This hotel was really appropriate. Really well located just about Rogier metro. Hotel is not new but everything seems well taken care of and comfortable. Very nice staff. Always available with solutions. Big breakfast offer for a 3 star.

Nightmare in the Centre of Brussels

I work with tour groups and see different hotels. But I did not hesitate to say that this is the worst hotel I have stayed in with groups. During the 3 nights that I was in it - my clients were flooded from above, the electricity went out several times, and on the day of departure from the hotel the elevator broke down. My clients in their 70s had to carry their suitcases down from the 5th floor. Shame and shame. I am fully responsible for my words because I have 39 witnesses, most of whom stay in this "hotel" caused trouble instead of rest.In addition, terrible powdered coffee and overly sweet chemical juice.I got used to a lot and traveled all over the world. And I never criticize hotels. But everyone should know this nightmare.

No lights, not working lights and issues with the water

We booked several rooms for a group and in general the hotel and the rooms looked amazing but sadly that was just the looks. The beds are way too soft, the lights are not working properly: you cannot turn on the lights in the bathroom if the lights in the room are not on. Plus the lights turn on and off whenever they like and without any reason. Sometimes you cannot just turn them on. The water is also like this: you either shower with boiling water or ice cold water, there is nothing in between. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and probably the three stars are like two…

Pour check-in. Got a wrong roomnumber - the woman staying in the room was terrified, Imagined that she would be raped. At the check-in again no apology just a stupied laugh. At the right room the temperature was 26 degrees - not possible to sleep there. Bathroom so small - sitting at the toilet, you were leaning at the wall. I belive that the bathroom was a wardrobe before. The breakfast was good and varied. The room was clean and cleaned both days I was there. I will never stay there again and the price was 150 € pr night which had to be payed in advance. It is possible to find better hotels to that price.
